Damon Thomas, Design Director, LEED AP, NOMA
Damon
has over
15 years
of
professional experience,
serving in the role of architectural designer and planner and developing construction documents. Damon oversees the daily
operations for the firm’s creative and technical efforts. He is
straight forward, detailed and attentive to customer needs. Damon’s
communication skills and experience in design development and construction administration make him valuable to architecture
projects.
Damon
was born and raised in Detroit and considers himself a grassroots politician at heart. He is closely familiar with non-profits and
community organizations in Southeastern Michigan.
Saundra Little, AIA, LEED AP, NOMA, NCARB
Saundra is an eco-centric architect, and National
Organization Minority Architects- Detroit Chapter – Past -President
(2010-2012). She promotes community development and involvement
in Detroit’s revitalization. Saundra
is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) - Michigan
Committee on the Environment (COTE).
Saundra has over 14 years experience in architecture,
graphic design and project management. She graduated from
Lawrence Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in
Architecture in 1994 and a Masters of Architecture in 1998. She has
been registered in the State of Michigan since 2002, and has been a
LEED Accredited Professional since 2006.
As
a founding partner at Centric Design Studio, Saundra has
focused on sustainability, community planning, project energy
assessments, urban design and merging architectural and graphic
design. Most
recently she has been pioneering a holistic restructuring of their
firms design process to embrace building information modeling (BIM)
and sustainability.
Saundra
was born and raised in Wayne County, Michigan. Centric Design Studio's
office is now located in Detroit at Techtown a Michigan Smart
Zone. She is intimately familiar with Wayne County and Southeastern
Michigan.
